About Me
I began my career in 2011 as a physics researcher at Nanyang Technological University, where I developed a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Over time, I found myself drawn toward creating solutions that could have a more direct impact on people’s everyday experiences. In 2019, I made the leap into UX design—and it has been one of the most rewarding decisions of my career.
Since then, I’ve gained over 5 years of hands-on experience designing B2B and B2C products, from enterprise platforms to mobile applications. I enjoy turning complex problems into clear, purposeful experiences that help people accomplish tasks with greater ease and confidence. I’ve also worked with design systems and reusable components, helping teams maintain consistency and scale products efficiently.
More recently, I’ve completed specialized AI certifications and also integrated Generative AI into my design workflow to accelerate research synthesis, ideation, and design exploration. I’m passionate about combining analytical thinking, design, and emerging technology to create meaningful product experiences.
